Founded in 2024 CORE Estimating started with Sam and Luke spotting a problem. Too many homeowners were jumping into builds without a clear picture of what their project would actually cost and too many were blowing their budgets before the first brick was laid. So we set out to fix that.
What began as a service for homeowners quickly grew into something bigger. Contractors, architects, and developers started coming to us for help with all things pre-construction. Today, we’re here for everyone - bringing clarity, strategy, and accuracy to the front end of every build.
